Refund Policy

Short version: We offer a 7-day free trial with no charge. If you are charged and have a genuine issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will work with you. We handle all refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
1. Free Trial
All new MindEdge Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel your subscription before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
If you forget to cancel and are charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge at spikeytrades@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
MindEdge Pro is billed on a monthly subscription basis. The following applies:
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
- We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the period ends.
- If you experience a technical fault or the Service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle due to our error, you may request a partial or full refund by contacting us with details of the issue.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We consider refund requests outside of the standard policy in the following circumstances:
- Accidental double payment or duplicate charge
- Unauthorised charge on your account (contact your card provider and us simultaneously)
- Extended service outage caused by us (more than 48 hours)
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service, where we have been unable to resolve them
In all cases, we will review your request fairly and respond within 5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We are generally unable to offer refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after being charged and used the Service during the billing period
- You forgot to cancel after the free trial (unless contacted within 7 days of the charge — see Section 1)
- Your trading performance did not improve — MindEdge Pro is a tool, not a guarantee of results
- You did not use the Service during the billing period
5. European Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by subscribing and accessing the digital Service immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right of withdrawal, as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Directive for digital content that is immediately delivered and consumed.
Notwithstanding the above, we will consider reasonable refund requests from EU consumers on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at spikeytrades@gmail.com with:
- The email address associated with your MindEdge Pro account
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
